It is furnished and equipped for stays of two months or more, with a lease and an online application, so you can settle in rather than check in.

A bright, open living room built around a corner fireplace, streaming TV and a golden sofa that opens through wide sliding doors to the pool.
The dining area seats the household for everyday meals, with a shuffleboard table nearby for after-dinner games.
Fully equipped · Breakfast bar
A full kitchen with stainless appliances, a gas range, dishwasher, spacious counters and a breakfast bar with seating for four, stocked with cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker.
Open to the living room, so whoever is cooking is never out of the conversation.
King · California king · Twin bunks
The primary suite has a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom and a slider to the backyard. A second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the third has a California king.
Every bedroom is furnished with linens and towels, so you can arrive with just your bags.
Private pool · Spa · Lawn games
A private pool and hot tub anchor a grassy yard with cornhole, loungers, striped umbrellas, an outdoor dining set and a grill. Pool and spa service is handled for you.
Heated water is available in the cooler months, and the yard is walled for privacy.

Best value. Pool heat is not offered in summer.
Guideline rates for a furnished stay of two months or longer, subject to dates and availability. Stays that span seasons are priced month by month. A $750 refundable security deposit and a one-time $250 cleaning fee apply. Pool and spa service and landscaping are included, and utilities are included up to a monthly allowance. Ask about rates for stays of four months or longer.
